[I] signed [the] contract [on the] same day [and] received [a] call on 5/20/19 to schedule an appointment to have [the] final measurements on windows scheduled for Tuesday 5/21/19. He showed up on time and [was] very proficient. [The] window team showed up at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday 6/15/19. [The] work was completed in about 2 hrs to replace 6 windows.
